Acceptable Use Policy (Brief)

Hosted sites are expected to conform to our policy on appropriate use of the Internet and our servers.
By using any of the services provided by Host-All.Com, you are bound by and must follow our Acceptable Use Policy as outlined. Click the above link for more details on our Acceptable Use Policy.

Host-All.Com reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel any account that violates the policies in our AUP, or other abusive activities that may not be listed in our AUP. When an account is suspended, the web service and FTP access service is stopped. When an account is cancelled, DNS service is stopped; and all directories and email accounts are deleted from our servers. Virtual Server Accounts that are suspended will be charged a $25 reconnection fee upon account reactivation. Dedicated/Co-located Server Accounts will be charged a $75 reconnection fee upon account reactivation.

 

 



How Am I Billed?


All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Setup fees are charged for all new accounts and major account changes and are non-refundable. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. Host-All.Com reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Host-All.Com via our cancellation form to request for termination of services. All payment is in U.S. currency. Host-All.Com will bill each client $50 per returned check, per wire transfer received and per credit card charge back received. All Host-All.Com accounts are setup on anniversary billing cycles. Your particular billing cycle corresponds to the contract length that was initially chosen at setup. Your account will automatically renew at this length. There is no fee to change to a shorter billing cycle at the end of the current cycle. However, if you wish to change to a shorter billing cycle, during a current cycle, there will be a $50.00 fee. Please contact the billing department at billing@host-all.com should you wish to change your anniversary billing cycle. If your account is suspended, a $25 reconnection fee will apply prior to account reactivation on virtual hosting accounts and a $75.00 reconnection fee will apply prior to dedicated/co-located server reactivation.

Cancellation Policy

For your protection, cancellation of services must be received in writing via posting the cancellation request form located in the Site Administration area. This way we can be certain that the cancellation is coming from the web site owner. Cancellation requests by phone or fax will not be accepted.

Account Refund Policy

At Host-All.Com customer satisfaction is our main priority! Each of Host-All.Com's services carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of usage you will be given a full refund of the monthly fees excluding setup fees, add-ons, overages, or domain registration fees. Setup fee will be retroactively charged if waived or discounted in the original charge. Setup fees are only refundable if the account order is canceled prior to activation. You must fill out all applicable forms within the first 30 days following activation. No refund is available after the 30th day. All cancellations must be received through our web site as per the deadlines indicated. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Refunds will not be paid if any of the following apply:

  • accounts terminated due to e-mail abuse (Spamming).
  • for setup fees for any services, hosting account setup, dedicated and co-located server setup fees.
  • accounts terminated due to non-adherence of any of our other AUP terms and conditions.
  • managed server downtime due to negligence on the customers part
